Policies about us 
Policy on children staying with parents
  • Children under the age of 2 years can stay for free
  • The child rate applies to children between between the age 2 and 12 years.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received at least 120 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking.
  • Cancellations received between 61 to 120 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking.
  • Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
  • No refund shall be made for no-shows, late arrival or premature departure.
